So ride on: Worship (God holds us)

Pastor Evan continues in our sermon series So Ride On. The series is about exploring our four main values at Lake Ridge and this week he explored our value of "Worship." Worship is one of the most misunderstood values. This is part of the reason we have decided to spend the next couple weeks on this value. Part of the process of discipleship is to un-learn and re-learn as we continue to grow. True worship of God happens when we put God first in our lives. When what God says matters more than what others say. And when loving God matters more than being loved.
